Areas Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
1. Corporate Strategy and Growth Management
· Prepare and recommend effective annual marketing plan & marketing budget for assigned product / products.
· Design and implement marketing programs aimed at incresing market share & enhancing customer engagement and retension for assigned product.
· Monitor & analyse performance of assigned product / products (Sales Vs. Target).
· Equip sales team with necessary technical expertise by providing printed & electronic promotional material, product training & relevant clinial papers to enable them to sell the product.
· Prepare effectiveness report for promotional materials to know its suitablity and gained ROI.
· Monitor & analyse competitive companies strategy & market surveys for assigned products to know market trends & prepare product forecasts.
· Act as first point of contact for handling customer queries & complaints for assingned product.
· Conduct & participate in various camps, conferences, CMEs, round table conferences, medical conferecnes & fares to enhanse and strenthen cutomer reach & connect.
· 100% hygenic sales therby keeping a close track on bonus offers & Institutional Sales.
2. Public Relations
· Building & strengthening relationships with key business accounts, medical fratenity, KOL thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing them complete product support and securing repeat business.
3. Business Innovation
· Closely work with Marketing lead for strenthing the presense of assinged product / products.
· Finding out inovative ways to build connect with customers to retain them with product range for longer period.
4. Team Development and People Management
· Coach, train and develop sales team members to enhance their skill levels to establish & maintain strong presense in market.
5. Others
· Any other functions/tasks assigned by the Management, in the interest of the organization

Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications
· Graduate and Post Graduate in Marketing
Experience (Type & Nature)
· 6+ years of total experience, of which
2+ years of experience in handling product basket.
