Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach (Reaching out to Residential Complex, Doctors etc. to build the Miror community). 2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies. 3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. 4. Proposal and Pitch Development: Create and deliver compelling proposals and pitches to win new business. 5. Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed targets. 6. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. 7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and acquiring new business. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 6. On field experience.
Nice to Have: 1. MBA or advanced degree. 2. Experience in a specific industry (real estate, healthcare, start ups). 3. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
