Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and motivated Female Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products exclusively to hospitals across Hyderabad. The role focuses on building strong relationships with doctors, hospital procurement teams, and administrators to drive product adoption and ensure consistent demand.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned hospitals regularly to promote pharmaceutical products.

Meet with doctors, specialists, hospital management, purchase managers, and pharmacists to explain product features, benefits, and advantages.

Achieve sales targets and market share goals within the assigned hospitals.

Organize product presentations, demos, and promotional activities in hospitals.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Keep updated records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activity.

Monitor competitor activities within hospitals and report trends to management.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely supply and resolve any hospital queries.

Attend internal training programs and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

Ensure compliance with ethical marketing practices and regulatory guidelines.

Female candidates only.

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or any relevant field preferred.

1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in hospital sales.

Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn may also apply.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Professional appearance and a confident, pleasant personality.

Must be willing to travel locally within Hyderabad city limits.

Knowledge of hospital protocols and procurement procedures is a plus.
