Group Product Manager job vacancy at Mumbai in Medley Pharma

Candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the product management team and driving the overall product strategy and development lifecycle.

Responsibility:

Making Brand plan, Brand strategy & competitor analysis of the brands.
Achievement of brand objective, Market Share, Budgetary Performance and Quality.
Identifying the opportunities for sales growth.
Provide direction, motivation & training to field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
Ensuring marketing strategy implementation through sales force.
Evaluation of brand strategy execution level & its impact vis--vis competition by doing monthly field work.
Should have good oral and written communication skills

Qualification: B.Sc/B.Pharma with PG/MBA(Marketing)
Total Experience: 8 to 10 years
