Key Responsibilities: 1. Salary and Payroll Management: o Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees. o Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and other compensations. o Handle statutory compliance related to payroll (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). o Resolve any payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related inquiries. 2. Attendance and Leave Management: o Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate attendance records. o Manage leave applications, approvals, and records. o Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing. 3. Grievance Handling: o Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances. o Investigate and resolve employee complaints and issues promptly. o Maintain records of grievances and resolutions. 4. Recruitment: o Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for junior-level positions. o Source candidates through various channels, screen resumes, and conduct interviews. o Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process. o Assist in salary negotiations with selected candidates. 5. Induction and Training: o Conduct induction programs for new hires, introducing them to company policies, culture, and procedures. o Coordinate training sessions for employees as needed. o Maintain records of employee training and development activities. 6. Factory Visits (Bhiwadi): o Visit the Bhiwadi factory once a month to oversee HR operations and address any on-site HR issues. o Conduct employee engagement activities and handle any grievances at the factory level. 7. Employee Relations: o Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices. o Assist in the resolution of workplace conflicts and promote employee well-being. o Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. 8. Event Arrangements: o Organize and manage company events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities. o Coordinate logistics, communications, and budgeting for events. 9. HR Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation. o Prepare HR reports and presentations as required by management. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with a focus on payroll, recruitment, and employee relations. • Strong knowledge of HR systems, payroll software, and MS Office. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. • Willingness to travel to the Bhiwadi factory once a month.
