Roles and Responsibility: Responsible for developing business plan and establishing and creating sustainable growth of company products in chosen global markets – specifically for African Markets (Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Somalia), for Latin America Markets (Honduras, Guatemala, Bolivia, Dominican Republic, Equador, West Indies, Guinea, Suriname, El Salvador, Peru) Analyze and monitor the current global markets and prepare business plan Identifying &analyzing market conditions, new sales opportunities of different countries for business expansion Develop marketing strategies to capture and establish footprints in Latin America markets Coordinate with regulatory affairs, factory and exports logistics depts. for technical and product support. Develop and drive export sales activity by tapping new customers in international markets Manage existing customer relationships and grow business of the company in existing markets. Handling clients queries for better turnaround time and customer satisfaction. Prepare and negotiate contracts, quotations with customers/ clients. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly target. Target Achievement and Revenue Generation.
Qualifications and Education Requirements: Should have suitable experience in pharmaceutical industries in export. Should have marketing experience of Pharmaceutical Formulations & develop business in new markets/countries. Specific Experience in Developing East African markets & Latin America markets Should have a good calculation and documentation skills. Should be an independent profit center to the company. Candidates with Spanish language knowledge will be preferred Minimum qualifications should be B.Com, M.Com, B.Pharma ,M.B.A.
Experience: Should have 2 Years of Experience of Exports in Pharmaceutical Industries.
Preferred Skills: Good Negotiation and communication skill. Should be tech savvy so that can communicate effectively with the customers through all means of communication. Should be good geographical knowledge of the market he has expertise in. Hands-on experience of product registration with MOH of various countries
