We are looking for Medical Representatives (Sales Officers) to join our sales team and help us deliver the best healthcare products to those who need them. The candidate should be willing to learn, unlearn and relearn along with the dynamic pharmaceutical industry and should be self -motivated. With the ability to perform, medical product sales, effortlessly, we are looking for someone with excellent skills for negotiation and organising.
Job description & Objectives
• Achieve sales targets set by the company and increase the sales figures with every passing day, month & year
• Understand the demographics of the territory and devise medical product sales strategies as per the territory
• Must have exposure in general, Cardio Diabetic Segment
• Build and foster a thriving relationship with Purchasing Doctors, Pharmacies, medical staff and other prospective buyers
• Translate the vision and mission of the company through effective pharmaceutical sales
• Research and learn about the dynamic medical sales job market and be up-to-date with industry trends
Tasks
• Coordinate and collaborate, follow up on potential leads and convert them into clients through presentations, meetings, one-on-ones and through regular meetings
• Have in-depth knowledge of the competition’s offerings as a healthcare sales rep
• Meet sales targets, negotiate & close sales leads, 100% performance and send all timely reports.
• Fulfil company’s expectations.
Required skills and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Prior experience working in the same territory with extensive knowledge, Rapport and familiarity with Dispensing Drs
• Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Interested & able to travel independently and frequently
• Quick Learner
• Fluent in English

• Strong negotiation and organisational skills
• Experience with CRM, Online reporting pattern and ERP systems
• Ability to network and foster strong working relationships
