A Medical Representative (MR) / Clinical Liaison (CL) at Aurumcura Biotech is responsible for promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals. The role requires strong communication skills, medical knowledge, and a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Product Promotion & Sales: Promote Aurumcura Biotech's products to doctors, pharmacists, and medical professionals. Conduct meetings, presentations, and detailing sessions to explain product benefits. Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Relationship Building & Networking:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and distributors. Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to ensure brand visibility. Address customer queries and concerns professionally. Market Research & Strategy:
Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges. Provide feedback to the management on customer needs, product performance, and market trends.
Territory Management: Plan and execute daily work schedules to ensure maximum coverage of assigned areas. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, appointments, and customer interactions. Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical guidelines, and industry regulations. Submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance and customer feedback. Key Requirements: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred). Candidates with any graduation and a strong interest in the pharma industry can also apply. Experience:
