Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Promote and sell Ytiliga’s innovative pharmaceutical products to Doctors, Specialists (Urologists, Neurologists, Nephrologists, Andrologists, etc.), Hospitals, and Pharmacies.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consistent efforts and strategic sales planning.


Doctor Engagement:

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.

Conduct regular doctor visits, product presentations, and detailing sessions to drive prescriptions.

Organize and participate in CME programs, conferences, and scientific discussions to enhance product visibility.


Market Intelligence & Reporting:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for strategy improvement.

Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, doctor calls, and market analysis to the reporting manager.


Distribution & Stock Management:

Coordinate with stockists and distributors to ensure product availability.

Ensure smooth supply chain management and timely order execution.


Training & Learning:

Stay updated on medical and scientific knowledge related to company products.

Participate in internal training programs to enhance selling and technical skills.
