Role & responsibilities
Preparing brand plans & conceptualization and execution of various campaigns
Planning & Preparation of promotional inputs
Training of sales force for implementation of promotional strategy, Review on effectiveness of strategies, tools etc.
Formulation & Execution of Products/Therapies Promotion & Marketing Strategies & Budget.
Equipping the field force with the required product knowledge and promotional tools
Streamlining of various business support procedures like online reporting, mobile reporting etc.
Organizing and analyzing the voluminous data compiled.
Gives direction to the product in all key areas such as brand name selection, pricing, pack development, promotion, positioning, input planning, media selection, etc
To carry out regular fieldwork to know about the impact of strategies implemented, product positioning
To analyze brand perceptions among the customers.

Required Candidate profile

Should have Exposure at least 2 years of overall experience in Pharmaceutical Industry in Sales & Marketing.
