Job Overview:
The Product Executive for the Derma segment will be responsible for supporting the development and management of dermatology products. This includes market research, product development, marketing strategies, and sales enablement to drive growth and brand awareness in the dermatological field.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive products, and consumer needs within the dermaceutical and skincare sectors.
Analyze customer feedback and sales data to assess product performance and areas for improvement.
Product Development:

Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to support the formulation and development of new dermatological products.
Assist in creating product specifications and claims supported by clinical data.
Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for derma products, including promotional materials, social media content, and educational resources.
Coordinate product launches and promotional events in collaboration with the marketing team.
Sales Enablement:

Support the sales team with product training and development of sales materials.
Provide competitors’ product insights to enhance sales pitches and strategies.
Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, and supply chain to ensure product success.
Foster relationships with healthcare professionals, dermatologists, and key opinion leaders to promote product credibility.
Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze the performance of products through sales data and market share analysis.
Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding product performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or sales within the pharmaceutical or skincare industry, preferably in the dermatology segment.
Strong understanding of dermatological products and the competitive landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
