1. Planning and developing the marketing strategy
• Measuring sales growth over last year
• Carrying out brand building activities and developing customer relationship
• Analyzing market trends & creating winning marketing strategies
• Providing inputs design and medical content
2. Analysis
• Presenting monthly sales analysis
• Presenting Brand analysis on the basis of sales, campaigns, inputs etc.
3.Training
• Training new field force
• Providing product training as per requirement
4. Field work
• Field work for analyzing market trends, competitors branding strategy, implementation of strategies in field
• Feedback of Marketing strategy & follow-up with field staff
