Product Manager - PMT Marketing Team - GYN Portfolio

Role and Responsibility:
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the Gynaecology (GYN) portfolio.
• Manage product lifecycles, including positioning, pricing, and promotions.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, and monitor competitor activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development, launch, and supply chain coordination.
• Provide sales enablement through training, tools, and marketing materials.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Ensure alignment of marketing activities with medical and regulatory standards.

Qualification: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy/Life Sciences (MBA preferred) with 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.

Experience: Minimum 2-4 Years in Product Management Team
