Job description :-
• Branding, Marketing, Positioning of company products (Formulations) & Management
• Traveling across India & Abroad as and when required.
• Visiting customers, training field staff on product(s) & Marketing communication skills.
• Responsible for making brochure & other promotional material including designing of leaflets / Product literature.
• Product presentation for various target groups. (Medical and Para-Medicals).
• Plan and design strategies for product/ Brand launch & its management.
• Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, CME, seminars/symposia, and market research management.
• New Brand or Product Launches including identifying the need for new brands extension/products.
• Growing the market share of the assigned portfolio by way of effective marketing communication and strategy.
• Therapy leadership- deciding the need gap in the existing portfolio based on emerging therapy trends.
• Driving brand performance through relevant strategies that are practical to implement through an energized field force…
• Timely reach of promotional plan to the assigned territories with have high level of creativity.
• Coordinating with various relevant departments to achieve deliverable on time.
• Developing & identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies in coordination with seniors i.e. (Group Product Manager / Marketing Manager / Head-International Business).
• Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to Promote & sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training and relevant clinical papers to support claims.
• Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products.
• Act as point of first reference for all product related inquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Regulatory & Logistic to address any issues that may arise.
• Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally.
• Design market research plan to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introduction. Either conduct this research with in house staff or manage an outside agency i.e. initial identification of suitable partner, definition of responsibilities, communication plan, divisions of responsibility, milestones, contract with company, review transcripts and reports and recommend action plan from the search.
• Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
• Responsible for preparing product forecasts and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at warehouse for the promotional materials & Products including liaison with production to ensure supply timelines.
• Liaise with the advertising & designing agency (as and when required) regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, development of various promotional materials, direct mail and conferences.

• Develops the Annual Brand Strategy and Plan.
• Manages brand profitability and sales targets.
• Responsible for brand communication and management.
• Monitor promotional expenses month on month to be within the budget.
• Develop promotional material in alignment with the brand strategy.
• Plans and organizes the timely and qualitative execution of all promotional plans.
• Prepare Visual Aids, Leaflets, advertisement, training manuals etc. on time.
• Able to comply with timelines and deliver efficiently.
• Has to work in the field for 8 days a month.
