Name of Position: Product Manager_ Marketing
Role & responsibilities :
Takes overall responsibility for managing all brands within a basket. Assists in developing and executing the marketing & branding strategy to improve market. Monitors activities such as media, brand value proposition offered, brand activation, pricing, packaging, and promotion and New Product Initiative.


1) Brand building- Should be able to carry the responsibility to build and maintain brand equity of the existing product basket.
2) Defining the strategy for the product & developing the product strategy time to time.
3) New brand development: For all new brand launches
4) Marketing budget preparation
5) Prepare and implement sales and promotional strategy that increases market coverage in Units and values in the market in synergism with marketing the other business and support units of the company within the assigned geographical market.
6) Arranging CME.
7) Developing Multi-specialty penetration among doctors and Managing KOLs.
8) Co-ordinate in marketing communication deliverables assigned to various third-party vendors for external signage, in-clinic display communication
9) Market Analytics & Designing Business strategy.

Preferred candidate profile :
Qualifications: B.Pharm/ B.sc with MBA or equivalent in Marketing.
Age: 27 to 35 Years.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 Years experience (Min 3years experience require in sales) in Pharma Division as a product manager/ Group Product Manager.
The candidate having exposure in Gyne/ Pedia/ General Divisions will be preferred.
Communication Skill: Must have an Excellent command of English and be adept in Communications with strong interpersonal skill.
Market exposure: Preferred field exposure in entire eastern India.
Compensation : 5LPA to 7LPA (Negotiable) + Allowances + Other benefits as per Company policy.
