Urgent Requirement for Packaging Operators/Executives:
Location: Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar(Hyderabad)
Qualification: BSc/B-Pharma/ITI/Diploma
Experience: 2yrs-8yrs
Salary : 3LPA-7LPA + Allowances + Benefits

Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
Job Roll:
• Responsible for practicing Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Responsible for gowning procedure follow-ups.
• Responsible for safety, Quality, and Productivity as per company requirements.
• Responsible for all the activities are performed as per current Good Manufacturing Practices only.
• Responsible for operation and cleaning of primary equipments.
• Responsible for calibration of balances, Area cleaning & packing material inspection.
• Responsible for handling of packing change parts and stereos.
• Responsible for daily sanitization of the areas as per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible for in-process checks & checking calibration and Daily verification of balances as per the standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible for daily logbook updating.
• Responsible for proper labelling practices in the shop floor manufacturing areas as per the standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible for Batch Processing Record issue request and receiving as well as review and compliance of it.
• Responsible for handling of the rejections at every stage.
• Responsible to reconcile the yield stage-wise and raising the test request form of the sample as per the standard Operating Procedures.
• To ensure online documentation & Enterprises Resource Planning postings.
• Responsible for attending to training & Adhering to audit compliance.
• Responsible for co-ordination with other departments for troubleshooting.
• Responsible for any other departmental activity assigned by the section in charge.
• Responsible for co-ordination with other department for trouble shooting.
• Storage, Issuance, retrieval, and disposal of change parts.
• Responsible for maintaining the Secondary Packing machine.
• Responsible for maintaining hold areas as per requirement.
• Responsible for Transfer of semi-finished and finished goods to respective areas.
• Responsible for Daily Temperature and Humidity Monitoring.
• To Follow the Quality Culture principles and behaviours.
