Position: Medical Representative (Local Candidate Only)
Location: Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula,
Educational Qualification:
• Any graduate
Experience:
• 0 to 1 years of experience in a similar role (Ayurvedic Hair care and Skincare domain experience will be preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Doctor Engagement:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, trichologists, and other healthcare professionals to promote Fermenza products.
2. Retailer & Distributor Interaction:
o Actively engage with retailers and distributors to ensure smooth product availability and sales growth.
3. Stock Management:
o Monitor stock levels at distributors and retailers, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
4. Market Development:
o Identify potential markets and business opportunities to expand Fermenza’s reach within the assigned territory.
5. Sales Execution:
o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving demand generation through effective communication and persuasion.
6. Miscellaneous Tasks:
o Execute additional responsibilities related to medical representative activities as required, including organizing events, training sessions, and promotional campaigns.

Salary & Benefits:
