Job Profile: Assistant Manager – Marketing (Female) Generic & OTC

Job Summary: The Assistant Manager – Marketing supports the marketing department in executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth. This role requires a combination of creative, analytical, and organizational skills to develop, implement, and monitor marketing initiatives. The Assistant Manager – Marketing works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals are aligned with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:
o Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, event-based, etc.).
o Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
o Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
2. Brand Development:
o Help in maintaining and promoting the brand identity across all platforms.
o Ensure consistent messaging and tone in all marketing communications.
o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes.
3. Market Research & Analysis:
o Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviour, preferences, and competitors.
o Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
o Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights for optimization.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
o Work with internal teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts.
o Liaise with external vendors and agencies for campaign execution.
o Assist in the preparation of marketing presentations and reports for senior management.
5. Content Creation & Strategy:
o Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.

Qualifications:
• MBA in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with OTC and Generic pharmaceuticals.
• Strong familiarity with market research techniques and campaign management tools.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position.
• May require occasional travel or weekend work for events or campaigns.
• The position is based at our corporate office Faridabad.
